I've seen so many people rave about cleansing waters and just never got round to trying them out, perhaps because in the past the ones I've personally come across have been on the more pricey side. However recently I found the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water which reminded me of Bioderma (due to the similar packaging) but a cheaper alternative if you don't want to spend around £15.
In the past using wipes and other means of removing makeup has always left my skin feeling irritated, especially on the eyes however with this it's perfect for those with sensitive skin. It removes all traces of makeup almost effortlessly which is also good on a time front, especially on late nights! I'm not completely sold on the 200 uses statement, I tend to use 2-3 cotton pads depending on how much I'm wearing and the stubbornness of some products.
For around £5, I have to say this is now a holy grail and a steal for the price tag.
