So, things look a bit different around here huh?

I've had a bit of a blog vacay recently. I've been struggling with what I want to write about or share on here and having a little time away was helpful in resolving that. Hence the redesign! I'm really happy with it and I hope you are too. Now to the updates...

Life lately is weird. I'm currently frantically job hunting, I left my job 3 weeks ago and I feel as if I'm starting to get cabin fever, there's only so much daytime TV a girl can take! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried because I am. I am someone who really enjoys working so let's all cross our limbs that I get back to that soon.

Secondly, WHERE DID THE SUMMER GO? I feel as if I blinked and completely missed it whilst also feeling like I did a lot. I finally met some people I've been meaning to for ages, caught up with friends, met new friends, went to the beach and of course went to Summer In The City and Reading Festival to give the summer months a proper send off and by "proper send off" I mean sitting in a field with thousands of people and overpriced ciders.

As October is round the corner I am considering doing Vlogtober in my own kind of way. I know I won't be able to do it daily because let's be honest I'm really not that interesting day to day so maybe weekly. If that's something you'd like to see me do please let me know. I've also enrolled in a digital story telling course as I really want to be able to create some strong scripts that could be turned into something on screen which I'm nervous about but excited for. It's silly because I can write whatever on here and let people read it freely but the thought of someone seeing my scripts makes me want to just hide.

In general, I am really happy at the moment, despite the worries, and it's really nice to be honest. I have a lot of exciting things coming up over the next few months and I cannot wait for them.
